In this trustee interview we explore Angela’s food producing hands on farming background. This lead her to study in Agriculture and Environmental studies and then Leadership for sustainability MSc. She has promoted the concept of “local food” as a business and then worked in Public Health always championing eating better food and more appreciation of it’s source. She worked on the 5 A day campaign with schools and joined the Food Standards Agency building relationships in innovative ways. More recently her work was in Food Hygiene with the recognized programme of 5 rating points for food premises across the UK. This is truly putting Health information into the public domain to help people make informed choices, as to where the eat, or indeed not!
